What countries do you ship to?

For our friends in the USA, we offer free shipping. Unfortunately, so do not offer international shipping at this time. Please double-check your address and phone number when placing orders to avoid any issues. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring the accuracy of your information.

When will I receive my order?

Shipping times are longer than usual due to various global challenges. Expect a Turn Around Time (TAT) of 2-3 weeks to your local mail courier, with possible delays of up to 4-6 weeks. Contact us after the initial TAT has elapsed, and we'll assist you with your order.

Rest assured, we take great care when packaging your saber for transit to you. We include the pixel blade, charger, cables, and operational instructions to minimize the risk of damage during transport. However, as they say, never tell us the odds – in case of any issues, refer to our warranty section in our Terms & Conditions.

Return Policy

If you ever find yourself less than satisfied with your purchase, simply reach out to us. We offer refunds and a one-time exchange for all customers within the first fifteen (15) days of receiving your saber. We're committed to resolving any issues promptly.

For returns unrelated to issues with the saber itself, we offer options for return transit. Keep in mind that if the saber is in working order, you'll be responsible for shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy

All orders placed with us are legally binding and may be subject to a 15% fee for order cancellations, and are at the sole discretion of Crystal FX Sabers within the first 24 hours after order placement.  Please ensure that everything is correct BEFORE submitting your order.
